With full width media installed, move the toggles so that each is approximately 1.5 in.

Making adjustments in very small increments, move the printhead backwards while
printing labels until the print quality deteriorates. Adjust the printhead position by equally
turning the two horizontally positioned allen screws located at the back of the print
mechanism.

Turn both screws 1/8 turn clockwise and observe the changes in print quality.

Slowly adjust both screws an equal amount for optimum print quality.

Carefully look at the Pause Test labels for streaks, flouring, and other print quality
problems.

Tighten the four holding screws at the top rear of the print mechanism.

Since printhead parallelism, printhead balance, and printhead position are interrelated,

Do not turn one screw more than the other or the parallelism adjustment will be
