FRONT OR REAR MUD GUARDS 
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please read instructions thoroughly before installation.
Tools Required:
• 
1/8” drill bit / Drill
• 
Center punch / Hammer
• 
Short Phillips screwdriver
• 
Marking utensil (fine tip marker, grease pencil, etc.)
Package Contents

Driver & passenger side mud guard
• 
#10 screws (qty. 8)
• 
Washers (qty. 8)
• 
Instruction sheet
NOTE:  Turn the front wheels all the way to the left or right for front mud guard installation.  However, for front and/ or rear
installation it may be necessary to remove the front or rear wheels depending on the tools being used.
1.  Clean and degrease the mud guard location area on the fender before installation.
2.  Place mud guard against fender, make sure the guard placement provides good tire coverage, is level to the ground
and that no mud guard holes are showing below the bottom of the fender.  Using the mud guard as a template mark,
center punch and drill an 1/8
th
 hole at location A and attach guard with a number #10 screw and washer.  Make sure
the mud guard hangs straight and is covering the tire before tightening screw (Figure 1).
3.  Using mud guard as a template, mark, center punch, and drill 1/8” holes at locations:  FOR FRONT FENDER - B, C,
and F, and FOR REAR FENDER – B, D, and E (Figure 2).
4.  Attach mud guard to fender with #10 screws and washers at drilled holes.
 PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS
1.    Clean mud guard with a soap and water solution to remove dirt and other contaminates.
2.    Sand painting surface with 320 grit sand paper.
3.    Apply a coating of flexible primer-adhesion promoter.
4.    Apply a flexible paint as directed by the paint manufacturer
