To delete a symbol from the Symbols palette

1 In the Symbols palette, tap the symbol that you want to delete.

2 Tap the button in the upper right corner of the Symbols palette to display a

pull-down menu.

3 Tap Delete Symbol.

To hide the Symbols palette

1 Double-tap the bar at the top of the Symbols palette.
