Remove threshold panel along the bottom of the door opening by prying up to release snap clips.  Using a panel removal

tool, remove the push in fastener securing the kick panel.  Gently pull the factory kick panel away from the metal bulkhead
releasing snap clips.  Remove the push in fastener extension post.

Cut the speaker holes in the Q-Forms before installing the panels in the vehicle.  Using a hole saw of the correct size,

position the pilot drill on the dimple at the center of the speaker mounting surface.  Be careful as the hole saw exits the rear of the
panel.  Install speaker wiring and crossover network as per manufacture’s instructions.  Install tweeters as per manufacture’s
instructions.  Install midrange drivers after Q-Forms panels have been installed in the vehicle.
Q-FORMS KICKPANEL INSTALLATION:
     DRIVER’S Side:

Lay the Q-Forms kick panel into place in the approximate location and connect the speaker wiring.  Install the kick panel

into the permanent position previously held by the original kick panel.  Be
sure that the front edge of the panel fits tightly against the rubber door
seal.  Re-install the threshold panel along the bottom of the door opening.
Install the supplied 3 / 4” Pan head sheet metal screw through the pre-
drilled hole in the Q-Forms panel located behind the hood release lever.  It
may be helpful to drill a pilot hole in the metal behind the panel.  Lay the
supplied polyfill in and around the opening for the midrange driver.  Install
the midrange driver as per manufacture’s instructions.  Be sure to center
driver in opening to allow clearance for the speaker grill.
     PASSENGER’S Side:

Lay the Q-Forms kick panel into place in the approximate

location and connect the speaker wiring.  Install the kick panel into the
permanent position previously held by the original kick panel.  Be sure that
the front edge of the panel fits tightly against the rubber door seal.  Re-
install the threshold panel along the bottom of the door opening.  Install
the supplied 1.5” sheet metal screw through the pre-drilled hole in the Q-
Forms panel.  Install the supplied 3 /4” nylon spacer over the screw from
behind the panel and drive screw into metal bulkhead.  It may be helpful to
drill a pilot hole in the metal behind the panel.  Lay the supplied polyfill in
and around the opening for the midrange driver.  Install the midrange

driver as per manufacture’s instructions.  Be sure to center driver in opening to allow clearance for the speaker grill.
INSTALL GRILLS:

Cut the supplied rubber U-channel in half( approximately 20” each”)  Apply rubber U-channel around the edge of the grill,  trim

excess U-channel if needed and press grill into the grill opening in the Q-Forms panel.
