1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Ai Research warrants to the original retail purchaser, this product to be free from defective workmanship and material when used under normal conditions in accordance with the product’s
printed instructions for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.  Ai Research agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new part in exchange for the defective one at no charge for
parts or labor.

This warranty is limited to Ai Research products and specifically excludes consequential damage to other associated equipment which may result for any reason from use with this product.  In no event
shall Ai Research be liable for incidental or consequential damages or have any liability with respect to defects other than the obligations set forth above.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific rights and
you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Damages caused by water, neglect, abuse, misuse, improper installation or operation.
• Damages caused by acts of God or nature.
• Damages occurring during shipment of the product to Ai Research for repairs.
• Any product which is modified without consent of Ai Research.

• Remove factory threshold plates from each side. Be careful not to break tabs on the front and back
   of the plate, located on the under side of the factory piece. Now pull forward and out gently on the
   factory kick panel, releasing the two clips that secure the factory panel.

• Using two crescent wrenches, carefully bend brake pedal arm so that pedal pad is relocated
   approximately 3/4 inches to the right.

NOTE:  Always check the fit of the Q-forms into the vehicle before any cutting or modifications are done.
PREPARE Q-FORMS PANELS:

• Cut the speaker holes into the Q-Forms before installing them into the vehicle.
• Install the speakers into the Q-Forms after they have been installed into the vehicle.
• Install speaker wiring and crossover network as per manufacturer’s instructions.
• Using a hole saw of correct size, position pilot drill on dimple at center of speaker mounting surface.
   A die grinder or keyhole saw may also be used.
• Cut speaker mounting holes taking care as saw exits rear of panel.
• Install tweeters as per manufacturer’s instructions.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:  (Always pre-drill all mounting screw locations)
      DRIVER’S SIDE:

• Slide the Q-Forms into place previously occupied by the factory kick panel.  It may be necessary to pull out slightly
  on the lower woofer area while working the panel into place so that the Q-Forms seats firmly against the rubber
  door seal.
• Reinstall threshold plates, aligning Q-Forms panel with factory plate.  Make sure that the front tabs locate under
  the front edge of the Q-Forms panel and that the rear tab relocates as before.
• Re-check fit of the Q-Forms against door seal and install 3/4" screw supplied into the front screw location on Q-Forms.
  While firmly holding the Q-Forms panel in place, pre-drill metal behind the hole in the rear of
   the panel. Install the 2" screw through rear hole on panel and 1 1/2" nylon spacer and
   locate into drilled hole. Lay the supplied polyfill in and around the opening for the midrange
   driver.  Install the midrange driver as per manufacture’s instructions.  Be sure to center
   driver in opening to allow clearance for the speaker grill.

      PASSENGER’S SIDE:

• Slide the Q-Forms into place previously occupied by the factory kick panel. It may be
   necessary to pull out slightly on the lower woofer area while working the panel into

                 place so that the Q-Forms seats firmly against the rubber door seal.

• Reinstall threshold plates, aligning Q-Forms panel with factory plate, make sure that the
   front tabs locate under the front edge of the Q-Forms panel and that the rear tab relocates
   as before.
• Install the 3/4" screw supplied into the front screw location on the Q-Forms. Lay the supplied

                 polyfill in and around the opening for the midrange driver.  Install the midrange driver as per
                 manufacture’s instructions.  Be sure to center driver in opening to allow clearance for the
                 speaker grill.

INSTALL GRILLS:
                 Cut the supplied rubber U-channel in half (approximately 20” each”) Apply rubber U-channel
                around the edge of the grill.  Trim excess U-channel if needed and press grill into the grill
                opening in the Q-Forms panel.
