Remove Original Kick panels

• Remove clip on factory threshold plates from each side.
• Remove the two screws securing the factory kick panel (Durango) &

then pull away releasing mounting clips.

Modify Parking Brake Pedal

• Using two crescent wrenches, carefully bend brake pedal arm so that

pedal pad is relocated approximately 3/4 inches to the right.

NOTE:  Always check the fit of the Q-forms into the vehicle before any cutting or modifications are done.

Install Speakers

• Cut the speaker holes into the Q-Forms before installing them into the vehicle.
• Install the speakers into the Q-Forms after they have been installed into the vehicle.
• Install speaker wiring and crossover network as per manufacturer’s instructions.
• Using a hole saw of correct size, position pilot drill on dimple at center of speaker

mounting surface.  A die grinder or keyhole saw may also be used.

• Lay the supplied polyfill in and around the Q-forms cavity behind the speakers.
• Cut speaker mounting holes taking care as saw exits rear of panel.
• Secure speakers into locations by driving screws through speaker bezel and into mounting surface. Be careful to
  center speakers in mounting surface to allow clearance for grill shell.
• Install tweeters as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Installation Instructions  (Always predrill all mounting screw locations)

DRIVER'S SIDE:
• Apply double sided tape to the face of the supplied tree lock and install into

upper factory location near the dash. Do NOT remove adhesive backing
from the outer side of the tape at this time.*

• Slide the Q-Forms into place previously occupied by the factory kick panel.

It may be necessary to pull out slightly on the lower woofer area while
working the panel into place so that the Q-Forms seats firmly against the
rubber door seal.

• Reinstall threshold plates, aligning Q-Form panel with factory plate.
• Re-check fit of the Q-Form against door seal and install 3/4" screw supplied into the front screw

location on Q-Form. While firmly holding the Q-Form panel in place, pre-drill metal behind the
hole in the rear of the panel. Install the 2" screw through rear hole on panel and 1 1/2" nylon
spacer and locate into drilled hole.

• Pull upper extension of Q-Form away from door seal area and remove adhesive backing from

the tree lock. Line up the upper extension with the door seal and press panel against tree lock.*

PASSENGER'S SIDE:
• Apply double sided tape to the face of the supplied tree lock and install into upper factory

location near dash. Do NOT remove adhesive cover from the outer side of the tape at this time.*

• Slide the Q-Forms into place previously occupied by the factory kick panel. It may be necessary

to pull out slightly on the lower woofer area while working the panel into place so that the
Q-Form seats firmly against the rubber door seal.

• Re-install factory threshold plates, aligning Q-Form panel with factory plate.
• Install the 3/4" screw supplied into the front screw location on the Q-Form.
• Pull upper extension of Q-Form away from door seal area and remove adhesive backing from the tree lock. Line up the upper
  extension with the door seal and press panel against the tree lock.*

* For the best results make sure the backside of the panel is clean and free of oils or grease. Cleaning area with alcohol is recommended for best
adhesion.
