PANEL REMOVAL:
DRIVER’S Side:
Remove nut on the side of the factory kick panel. Remove four Phillips head screws along threshold panel at the bottom of the door.
Pull threshold panel back far enough to allow the kick panel to slide out.
DRIVER’S Side:
Remove nut on the side of the factory kick panel. Remove four Phillips head screws along threshold panel at the bottom of the door.
Pull threshold panel back far enough to allow the kick panel to slide out.
PASSENGER’S Side:
Remove the fuse panel cover and remove the nut revealed. Remove four Phillips head screws along threshold panel at the bottom of
the door. Pull threshold panel back far enough to allow the kick panel to slide out.
Remove the fuse panel cover and remove the nut revealed. Remove four Phillips head screws along threshold panel at the bottom of
the door. Pull threshold panel back far enough to allow the kick panel to slide out.
SPEAKER INSTALLATION
Cut the speaker holes into the Q-Forms before installing them into the vehicle. Install the speakers into the Q-Forms after they have
been installed into the vehicle. Install speaker wiring and crossover network as per manufacturer’s instructions. Using a hole saw of
correct size, position pilot drill on dimple at center of speaker mounting surface. Die grinder or keyhole saw may also be used.
Lay the supplied polyfill in and around the Q-forms cavity behind the speakers. Cut speaker mounting holes taking care as saw exits
rear of panel. Secure speakers into locations by driving screws through speaker bezel and into mounting surface. Be careful to center
speakers in mounting surface to allow clearance for grill shell. Install tweeters as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Lay the Q-Forms kick panel into place in the approximate location and connect the speaker wiring. Install the kick panel into the
permanent position previously held by the original kick panel. To help insure that the Q-Forms kick panel is located properly, pull the
threshold panel back into place but do not replace the screws. When you are satisfied with the fit, drill a small pilot hole in the metal
using the pre-drilled hole in the Q-Forms panel as a guide. Pull the panel back slightly and thread the supplied #8 x 1-1/2" screw
through the pre-drilled hole about halfway (3/4”) and slide the supplied 5/8” nylon spacer over the screw. Align with the pilot hole and
tighten into place. Replace the screws in the threshold panel.

GRILLS:
Cut the supplied rubber U-channel in half( approximately 20” each”) Apply
rubber U-channel around the edge of the grill, trim excess U-channel if
needed and press grill into the grill opening in the Q-Forms panel.
