• Remove the kickpanels/threshold plates by pulling upward to release retaining clips.

NOTE:  Always check the fit of the Q-forms into the vehicle before any cutting or modifications are done.

• Cut the speaker holes into the Q-Forms before installing them into the vehicle.
• Install the speakers into the Q-Forms after they have been installed into the vehicle.
• Install speaker wiring and crossover network as per manufacturer’s instructions.
• Using a hole saw of correct size, position pilot drill on dimple at center of speaker mounting surface. A die

grinder or keyhole saw may also be used.

• Lay the supplied polyfill in and around the Q-forms cavity behind the speakers.
• Cut speaker mounting holes taking care as saw exits rear of panel.
• Secure speakers into locations by driving screws through speaker bezel and into mounting surface. Be careful to center speakers in

mounting surface to allow clearance for grill shell.

• Install tweeters as per manufacturer’s instructions.

DRIVER'S SIDE:

• Remove 7mm screw from lower side of hood release lever.  Retain this for later installation of Q-Forms panel.
• Lay in and securely hold the Q-Forms panel into its permanent location.
• Reattach, through the Q-Forms mounting hole and hood release lever, the previously removed 7mm screw.
• Mount the lower front edge of Q-Forms panel where the panel will meet the threshold with supplied 1" white nylon spacer
  and 1.5" screw provided.
• Measure and cut the original kickpanel/threshold plate assembly so that it fits and mates up to the Q-Forms panel perfectly.
  (Measure twice cut once.)
• Reattach threshold plate, install the speakers and Q-grill.

PASSENGER"S SIDE

• Lay in and securely hold the Q-Forms panel into its permanent

location.

• Mount the upper front edge of Q-Forms panel using 1" screw provided.
• Mount the lower front edge of Q-Forms panel where the panel will

meet the threshold with supplied 1" white nylon spacer

  and 1.5" screw provided.
• Measure and cut the original kickpanel/threshold plate assembly so

that it fits and mates up to the Q-Forms panel perfectly.

  (Measure twice cut once.)
• Reattach threshold plate, install the speakers and Q-grill.
