HAN: Get Device Info

This command provides the ability to read ANSI C12.19 table from meter.
The response is a list of table, offset, length, and data. When the data is
returned from the meter it can be displayed in two formats, one is the RAW
format as returned by the meter and the other is the interpreted format. A
simple check box allows the user to choose which format is displayed.

Requests the module to perform a reboot.
