Troubleshooting
When using my wireless remote control, the base unit does not beep.

. Check that the base unit is plugged in and connected to the blanket.

. Check that the battery is properly installed in the remote.

. Re-synchronize the remotes to the base unit.
My wireless remote control is not transmitting commands properly.

. Connect the blanket cord to the blanket, and plug the power cord into a
working wall outlet.

. Turn the wireless remote control ON, and rotate the dial clockwise all the way
to the right. The remote should illuminate, and the base unit should beep. Wait

. Place your hand inside the folds of the blanket. You should feel warmth.

. Turn the remote OFF.
CAUTION: This folded position is a non-standard use of the blanket. Do not

My blanket shuts off after a while, why?
The blanket is provided with a 10-hour automatic shut-off feature for your safety.

The blanket is only rated to be used in the US and Canada at the present time

My blanket has a ribbed appearance. Is this normal?
Yes, the blanket works by heating extraordinarily fine conductive fibers that are
knit into the blanket. These are close together and may give the blanket a subtle
ribbed look.
