B. Shared Internet access through a 56K fax modem

To support modem dial-up users, the AresGate router already has a
built-in 56K modem* that will replace all other 56K modems installed
in the PCs on the network.

If you have ADSL or Cable modem for high speed Internet
access, the 56K* dial-up connection provides a good backup when your

In the WAN Application scenario mentioned above, please be aware
of the following when you intend to use both applications*:
