ARESCOM Inc. (“ARESCOM”) warrants that its hardware products are free from
defects in materials and workmanship. Subjected to the conditions and limitations set
forth below, ARESCOM will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its
product(s) that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials.
