Set the paper lever to the
rear position. Align the left
and right edges of the paper
with the edges of the paper
fed in from the back. When
the roll paper is aligned
properly, return the paper
lever to the middle position.

Switch on the printer. The
print head will move to the
left end of the platen and the active indicators on the operator
panel will light.

The paper can now be transported to the initial printing position
by pressing the FF/LOAD button.
