Windows 7/Ultimate 32-bit: 
Run "Setup.exe" in the directory of "\Drivers\Windows 7 
(32-bit)\Intel_ME\ME_SW_7.1.85.1216", and then follow the instructions to install. 
 
Windows 8/Ultimate 64-bit: 
Run "Setup.exe" in the directory of " \Drivers\Windows 8
