ACE 3D Wheel Mouse User Instruction
1.  Turn off the computer, plug-in the connector (green color) on the mouse cable to
the computer, then turn on the computer.  After the operating system completely
loading, move the mouse to control the cursor.  Scroll the wheel on the mouse to
scroll the page.
