All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in 
the Printer.

Review the following information.  



  Symptom: There is no Magnetic Strip present. 



  Printer Error State:  The Printer is unable to find a Magnetic stripe on 

the card. 



  LCD Error Display:  No Magnetic Strip Present 



  Driver Monitor Error Display:  No Magnetic Strip Present
