Note:  Ask your dealer for details concerning the Voice Scrambler board.

Press the key programmed as 

Scrambler/ Encryption, or access the Scrambler 

function through the Menu {page 2}, to switch the transceiver to secure 

(encrypted) transmission.

•  The   icon appears when the Scrambler function is turned ON.
•  Pressing the microphone 

PTT switch after the Scrambler function has been turned ON 

encrypts the transmitted signal.
