2)  Then press the mailbox ‘1or 2 or 3’ button that you want to delete, the unit

will announce “all old messages are deleted”, and the DAM will return to
standby mode.

3)  The 7-segment LED message counter will return to “0” if no new message in

any mailbox.

4)  The mailbox LED will be turned off if no new message in that mailbox.
5)  All  messages  should  be  listened  before.  Only  the  messages  that  were

listened can be deleted.

6)  You must notice only the messages you have reviewed can be deleted and

once you deleted the message, it cannot be recovered.

1)  You can record up to two different announcements— one for normal answering
and the other is for announcement only.
2)  Use normal answering when you want the DAM to record callers’ messages.

Uses announce only when you want to give information to callers without
accepting messages.

3)  If you choose not to record an announcement, the DAM answers with a pre-

recorded announcement.

4)  The normal answering pre-recorded announcement says “ Please leave your

message after the beep”

5)  The announce only pre-recorded OGM is “I am sorry I am not available.

Please call back later”

6)  By setting announce only On or Off, you decide which announcement your

callers will hear when the DAM answers a call (the DAM comes set for normal
answering, with announce only turned off).

7)  Pre-record OGM cannot be deleted. When user-recorded announcement is

deleted, the pre-recorded OGM is used.

8)  During announcement recording, all of the other buttons are disabled except

“Stop” button. If send an incoming call to the unit, the recording will be
cancelled automatically, and start to ring.

9)  During announcement recording, if press handset “Talk” button to take the line,

the recording will be cancelled automatically.
