playback quality will be poor. You can also run the risk of tape damage if the cassette deck is not 
kept clean. To clean the Cassette Deck, please use the following instructions. 
Tools Required: 
•  Cotton swabs 
•  Head Cleaning Fluid 
1.  Remove the cassette. 
2.  Wet swab with Head Cleaning Fluid and gently clean the tape heads and capstan drives. 
3. 
Let the fluid dry completely before playing a cassette.
 
3.1.3.2. Cassette Deck Removal for Service 
To remove the Cassette Deck, please use the following instructions. 
Tools Required: 
•  Philips screwdriver 
1.  Turn off power and unplug the power cord from the wall receptacle. 
2.  Remove the four screws holding the Cassette Deck. 
3.  Lift the Cassette Deck out and disconnect the harness. 
4.  Refer to section 3.5 on how to return parts. 
3.1.4. P10 Compact Disc Player 
3.1.4.1. Compact Disc Player Removal for Service 
To remove the Compact Disc Player, please use the following instructions. 
Tools Required: 
•  Philips screwdriver 
1.  Turn off power and unplug the power cord from the wall receptacle. 
2.  Remove the four screws holding the Compact Disc Player. 
3.  Lift the Compact Disc Player out and disconnect the harness. 
4.  Refer to section 3.5 on how to return parts.

3.1.5.1. VCR Removal for Service 
To remove the VCR, please use the following instructions. 
1.  Turn the console off and unplug the power cord from the wall receptacle.
