 shows the relay output connections for the 22R08A Receivers. Note that Relays K1 through K4 

provide form C (SPDT) outputs. Relays K5 through K8 provide form A (SPST) outputs and share a common 

bus. 
COM refers to the input voltage placed across all relays.
