Adjust bands so that they are snug and do not slide down pole (bands may need
adjustment when attaching wall mounting brackets.

Attach wall mounting bracket using four M10 hex bolts, lockwasher, and flatwasher.

Torque each bolt 32.2 Nm (25 ft/lb.).

Fully tighten each band.
