1、 Starting motor power on, checks engine speed. After starting the motor to work for 1s, if
starting failed, the throttle begins to sweeping in cycle.
2、 When the engine speed is bigger than 1200RPM, it starts successful, and keeps for 2s and
then throttle is open fully.
3. When starting for 4s and engine speed is lower than 1200RPM, it says starting failed,
restart after 3s. it restarts for 3 times, if it failed for 3 times, it will stop working. Each starting
time and waiting time will be 0.5 s longer than last time.
