Your new Vision 5B can be connected only to mobile phones, music readers,

Bluetooth Connecting Operation
To avoid mis-pairing with other devices, please locate your Vision 5B and the
device that you wish to pair it with as close as possible (best within 1 meter).

Voice Dialing
Vision 5B allows Voice Dialing phone calls. This feature is supported only by
mobile phones that include the voice dial feature.
