Is my device compatible with the Nix Pro?
The Nix Pro is compatible with iOS (8.0 or
newer) and Android (4.4 Kit Kat or newer) with
Bluetooth 4.0.
Can I connect to multiple devices?
The Nix Pro can connect to one device at a time.
Before connecting to a new device, ensure you
have selected "Disconnect from Nix" within the
app on your current smartphone device.

Can I use my Nix Pro while it is charging?
No. Be sure to unplug the Nix Pro prior to use.
I’ve tried everything and my Nix Pro won’t
connect. What do I do?
There is a small hole in the top of the Nix Pro
lid. Use a paperclip to gently press the reset
button.
