Replace the Ribbon Tension Control Board
1.
. Install the new ribbon tension control board using the three hex screws
previously removed.
2.
Which model print engine do you have?
3.
Reconnect all cables to the new ribbon tension control board.
4.
Refer to
to close the print engine, reinstall it into the applicator,
and to resume printer operation.

a.
Secure the ribbon tension control board power cable inside
the cable clamp.

lower right corner of the ribbon tension control board.

Secure the applicator interface power cable inside the cable
clamp.
