In this document, we will walk you through the installation of the BTR and explain the steps required to pair
your Bluetooth device to your audio/video system. Before we begin, please review the contents of the box. In

To connect the BTR Bluetooth Receiver to a pow-

1. Connect the 3.5mm end of the supplied audio
cable to the Audio Out jack of the BTR.
The BTR comes with variety of connections and
power options. Choose the cables appropriate to
your application.
2. Connect the other end of the audio cable to the
audio input jack(s) of your powered soundbar,
receiver or preamp/processor.
Consult the owner’s manual of your powered sound-
bar, receiver or preamp/processor for more informa-
tion about connecting a source device.
3. Use the supplied power adapter for the BTR.
You can either plug the BTR directly into the power
supply or use the supplied USB to USB cable.
4. Plug the AC Power Adapter into an AC wall outlet.
The LED will be a steady red indicating the unit is
on and waiting for a signal.
2. Setup and Connections
To pair a mobile device such as an iPhone or An-
droid smartphone to the BTR Bluetooth Receiver:
1. Plug in the BTR power source.
The status LED will turn red. The unit is functioning
normally.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your mobile
device.
Consult the owner’s manual of your mobile device
if you are unfamiliar with enabling its Bluetooth
function.
3. Search for “Atlantic Technology BTR” and select
“Pair.”
If pairing is successful, the red LED light will turn
blue. Your BTR is now ready to play music from
your mobile device via bluetooth.
Once paired, the unit will automatically reconnect
if the paired device is turned off or goes out of range.
If pairing is not successful the red LED will remain
lit. Consult the owners manual of the device you are
trying to pair and make sure the bluetooth function
is working.
