DAMAGES. TRELLIE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL
DAMAGES (WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR
OTHER THEORIES) WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT
YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE TRELLIE PRODUCT.
