If you see your device listed, but can't install the Sense app through the 
Play Store, double check that your device is running 4.4 KitKat or newer. 

 

While other Android devices running KitKat 4.4 or later with support for 
Bluetooth Low Energy may work with Sense, we cannot guarantee 
compatibility with any device not listed.

Download the Sense App 

 

To begin, open the Sense app on your mobile device. If you haven't 
downloaded the Sense app, see Download the Sense app.
