Customers enable applications on units through operational profiles. Applications that are not 
enabled cannot be selected on the IVG display and are grayed out. 

 

A driver must be logged in for enabled applications to be selectable. 

1.  To make changes to any operational profile, from the Customer Portal home page, click Op 

Profiles.
