Limited Warranty
The InforCharge guarantees the product will have no material or working
flaw for one year from the purchase date. During this period
InforCharge will repair or replace the damaged component, by normal
using, which according to its option. In this case of repair or replacement,
if the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost, the client can
therefore have repair parts or wages for free. This warranty is not
including: (i) Surface damage, such as scratches, dents and depressions. (ii)
Other types of consumables, such as batteries, but not if the damage is
made by the material or working process defect. (iii) Damage due to
accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire or other natural disaster or
external factors. (iv) Damage from maintenance or repair by someone
who is non InforCharge authorized. (v) Caused by a change without the
written permission of InforCharge. In addition, obtain and/or use
products or services against any country laws, InforCharge reserves the
