This document describes the use of ZONITH Bluetooth Panic Button™. 

The purpose of the ZONITH Bluetooth Panic Button™ is to be mounted 
at for instance a wall or under a 

desk

, to act as a 

wireless

 

panic button. 

Please refer to the ZONITH Bluetooth Panic Button™ datasheet for 
technical specifications. 

The ZONITH Bluetooth Panic Button™ works in conjunction with the 
ZONITH Bluetooth based indoor positioning system (RTLS) and the 
alarm handling solution ZONITH Alarm Control System (ACS).

• Do not operate this product near any liquid(s).
• Do not use abrasives, thinners, alcohol, solvents or aerosol cleaners

that may cause damage to the Bluetooth Panic Button™.

• If the die-cast chassis or other parts are damaged, do not touch the

damaged parts.

• This product contains removable lithium non-chargeable batteries. To

dispose of, be sure to comply with the laws and regulations in your
country or region.

• Do not bend or drop the product, or otherwise expose it to strong

physical impact.

• Never disassemble or modify the product.
• Do not expose the product to high temperatures, high humidity or

direct sunlight.

ZONITH warrants this product against defects in materials or workmanship for a 
period of one year from the date of retail purchase. ZONITH will repair or replace a 
defective unit, at our discretion, without charge for parts or labor. It does not cover 
damage or failure caused by attributable to Acts of God, abuse, misuse, improper 
or abnormal usage, faulty installation, improper maintenance, lightning, incidences 
of excessive voltage, or any tampering or repairs carried out anywhere other than 
a ZONITH authorized repair facility. It does not cover replacement of consumable 
parts, transportation costs, or damage caused during transit. 

Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not extend the terms 
of this warranty. This warranty can only be modified by an officer of ZONITH and 
then only by writing. Should this product prove defective in workmanship or 
material, the consumer’s sole remedies shall be such repair or replacement as 
provided by the terms of this warranty. Under no circumstances shall ZONITH be 
liable for any loss or damage, direct, consequential, or incidental, arising out of the 
use of or inability to use this product. Some states do not allow limitations on how 
long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusions or limitations of incidental or 
consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to 
you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. There may also be other 
warranty rights, which may vary, from country to country. 

The wireless communication used by the Bluetooth Panic Button is an open 
standard, unsecured technology. ZONITH is not liable for the Bluetooth 
technology itself or problems that arise from the use of the Bluetooth 
technology. 
Under no circumstances shall ZONITH be responsible for any loss or damage, 
including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the product, 

incorrect or faulty network infrastructure, incorrect tuning or setup of the Bluetooth 
network, lack of power, jamming, lack of training or other factors.
