Software-only VMS solution
This software-only solution is ideal when the preference is for
COTS hardware, maximizing existing purchase and support
agreements with server and PC suppliers. Windows-compatible,
built-in support for ONVIF and a wide range of third-party IP
cameras and encoders makes Digital Sentry a flexible VMS solution
for mainstream security applications.
* 128 is the database limitation. Actual number is dependent on hardware
specifications and camera settings.
** See Document C1024RN-x “DS Compatibility Release Notes”
on www.pelco.com.
* The database limitation for DSNVs is 128 cameras. The actual number of camera
supported depends on recording settings, client connections, and bandwidth capacity.
