Manually Operated Screens
Wall/Ceiling Screens
Premier/Series C—This screen offers a perfectly flat viewing surface,
thanks to Draper’s Tab-Tensioning System, but is raised and lowered
by using a detachable crank instead of a motor . Intended for data-
graphics and video applications where a motorized screen cannot be
used . Pentagonal shaped black steel case . Sizes through 12' x 12' and
15' NTSC . Advantages of Tab-Tensioning System on page 6 .
Salara/Series M—Elliptical extruded aluminum case with domed
endcaps and white finish . Floating gunlatch wall brackets grip the
screen securely and are barely visible . Sizes through 96" x 96" and 10'
NTSC . Patent pending . Also available with AutoReturn .
Silhouette/Series C—The functional equivalent of the Premier/Series

case . Sizes through 96" x 96" and 10' NTSC . Advantages of Tab-
Tensioning System on page 6 .

Access/Series M—Spring-roller operated screen with extruded
aluminum case for recessed ceiling installation . Flanges around all
four sides support acoustical ceiling tile, or serve to trim the opening
of any type of ceiling . Case may be installed during “dirty” phase of
construction and patented latching brackets enable installation of
screen into case any time thereafter . Sizes through 12' x 12' and 15'
NTSC . Also available with AutoReturn .
Apex—The first spring-roller screen designed specifically for
concealed ceiling installation . Extruded aluminum case installs above
ceiling and has flange at bottom to accept ceiling material . Specially
designed white closure panel at bottom of screen surface seals
ceiling opening when screen is retracted . Furnished complete with
detachable aluminum operating pole . Sizes through 96" x 96" and 10'
NTSC .
All Draper manually operated screens are carefully assembled and fully tested before packaging to make sure they operate perfectly . A
significant benefit of Draper’s spring-roller screens is that the opening in the case through which the fabric passes is wider than that of our
competitors’ screens . This significantly reduces friction between the viewing surface and the lips of the case—the greatest single source of
spring-roller screen failure .
Artisan/Series M—The most attractive spring-roller operated screen
money can buy . The Artisan/Series M is housed in your choice of a
solid, hand-rubbed hardwood case, or a plastic laminate case in your
choice of colors and finishes . Hardwood case styles include rectilinear,
radius, bevel and traditional . The Artisan/Series M will complement
any room decor . Sizes through 96" x 96" and 10' NTSC .
Luma 2—Our largest, most rugged spring-roller operated screen, the
Luma 2 is housed in a white pentagonal-shaped steel case . All cases
are formed of one continuous piece of steel without splices or welds .
Sizes through 12' x 12' and 15' diagonal . A variation of the Luma 2, the
Luma 2/R is intended to mount upside down in a custom floor stand,
forming a portable roller-operated screen in sizes up to and including
12' x 12' and 15' NTSC . Also available with AutoReturn .
