outage is about 20 minutes while the average 

extended power outage is nearly 8 hours.  These

extend their power back-up runtimes by adding 

external battery packs to their Minuteman 

UPSs.  This provides further assurance that 

applications can be operational, even through 

lengthy power outages.  Minuteman has

runtime technologies and offering solutions 

that are unique to the power protection

To protect critical devices through 

extended blackouts, the Endeavor  and 

EnterprisePlus UPS Series are able to utilize the 

XL and EXL Series of external battery packs 

that can be daisy-chained to provide virtually 

an unlimited amount of battery runtime.
