SUGGESTED SPECIFICATIONS:  _________________________  projection screen(s),  __________________  (H) x  ___________________  (W), operated by a 

system of ropes and pulleys. To have a straight, rigid tubular metal header, 3" in diameter. Top of fabric shall be formed into a pocket into 

which header shall be inserted. Three or more 3" wide double “C” type clamps of high tensile strength cast aluminum shall be secured 

to header for hanging. Center clamp(s) shall be furnished with a turnbuckle for taking out any center sag. Fabric shall be flame retardant 

and mildew resistant with black masking borders standard on fiberglass fabric. Bottom roller shall be of rigid metal, a minimum of 3" in 

diameter for screens with a width of less than 20' x 20' and a minimum of 5" for screens 20' x 20' and over. Fabric shall be securely 

fastened to roller. The bottom roller shall be 24" longer (30" on 30' x 30') and the header 6" longer than the width of the fabric. Ends of 

tubular header shall be protected with cast aluminum end caps fitted with internal nylon pulleys. Two

" diameter polyester solid braid 

cord ropes shall be attached to the roller, run through brass protected opening in header, through the pulleys and fastened with a cable 

clamp at the desired drop. There shall be sufficient rope to provide one or more complete turns on the roller when the screen is in the 

“DOWN” position and provide a free end equal to the height of the screen when screen is in the “DOWN” position. (Note: If ropes are 

to run across ceiling or stage and down wall, specify exact amount of extra rope required).

Distance between hanger eyes can be calculated for any size screen. The 

turnbuckle is centered on fabric and clamped to top header. The other two clamps 

are located 6" in from each side of fabric. 
Custom sizes (not exceeding 30' x 30') on request. Contact Da-Lite for seamless
