when rebooting is the only way to restore an unresponsive device.  No time is
lost performing separate sign-ons, launching separate applications or navigating
multiple menus.  Web browser-based interfaces enable administrators to
securely take action from anywhere in the world.
Remote reboot capability eliminates emergency trips to the data center or the
need to keep field staff on-site around the clock.  RPC units also help prevent
outages by reporting on power consumption, helping administrators balance
electrical loads between circuits.
