Send and receive wireless signals to communicate with wireless wide
area networks (WWAN).

Internal microphones (2) (select models only; SLED
models do not support WWAN)

Record sound.

Webcam light (select models only)

On: The webcam is in use.

Webcam (select models only)

Records video and captures still photographs.

To use the webcam:

Windows 8: From the Start screen, type c, and then select CyberLink
YouCam from the list of applications.

Windows 7: Select Start > All Programs > Communication and Chat
> Cyberlink YouCam.

Internal display switch

Turns off the display or initiates Sleep if the display is closed while
the power is on.
