The Core family of cases have always been centered around providing the core features and performance of 

Fractal Design’s case lineage at an aggressive price point.   Core has undergone an evolution thanks in part 

to the valuable feedback from our customers.

The new x5 Series of the Core Family of cases are liquid cooling ready and combine the power of great air-

flow with a highly versatile hard drive mounting system.  Easily-removable sturdy steel drive trays can support 

either 3.5” HDDs or 2.5” SSDs and reside inside a relocate-able and fully removable drive cage.  This ver-

satility allows the end user the flexibility to custom tailor their case to accommodate the cooling solution they 

desire without the need to sacrifice storage space.  

Additional key enthusiast grade features include an integrated fan controller and dual front panel USB 3.0 

ports.
