 CAUTION  

• 

Be sure that the wire is not in contact with any metal 
in the wall. Please use the protection pipe as wire 
passing through the hollow part of the wall so as to 
prevent the possibility of damaged by rodents. 



 WARNING  

• 

Be sure to use protection pipe (commercial product). 
If the cables are touching metal body inside the wall 
or if the wall is hollow where rodents could damage 
the cables, this might cause electrical shock or fire. 
Incomplete sealing could also allow the high humid 
air from inside the wall or outside the room to leak in 
and cause water drip. 

• 

Set nut and washer on suspension bolt and hook it 
to suspension clamp by lifting the indoor unit. 

• 

Suspension bolt must have play of 20~30 mm on its 
right and left. If free play is not enough, fix the lifting 
lug to suspension bolt without attaching nut 
underneath the suspension bolt, then attach nut and 
install indoor unit. 

• 

Make sure that indoor unit is kept level using a 
levelling gauge

Be sure to install the indoor units as follow position 
(1) 

(1) Same level (draw in 0~2mm) 

 

• 

Do not install the indoor units as follow position (2) 
or (3). 

(2) Stick out above  0mm 

 

(3) Draw in above 3mm 

 

 

• 

Be sure that bottom face of indoor main unit is the 
same height (or expected height if the ceiling is yet 
to be constructed) as lower surface of the ceiling. 



 CAUTION  

• 

Be sure to install the indoor unit level. If the indoor 
unit is inclined, water may leak. 

• 

If space between bottom surfaces indoor unit and 
ceiling is not correct, the may be a gap between the 
panel and indoor unit, causing condensed water to 
drip. 

• 

If ceiling is constructing after the installation of air 
conditioner, be sure to attach a patter paper for 
installation that shows ceiling opening dimension. 

 

NOTE 
Pease use this pattern paper to decide the suspension bolt 
position. Apply by putting the reverse side onto the ceiling 
surface  

The installation place is very important for the air 

conditioner because it is very difficult to mover from one 
place to another after  the first installation. Decide the 
mounting position together with the customer. The 
discharge direction can be selected as shown below.
