Remember that voltage of 162V is applied to the 0V line on the 
P.W.B. or the like as shown in the diagram below 

When using an oscilloscope, never ground it. Don’t forget that 
high voltage as noted in the left figure may apply to the 
oscilloscope. 

 

 

 

 

Remember that the 0V line is biased at 162V in reference to 
the ground level. Also note that it takes about 10 minutes until 
the voltage fall after the power switch is turned OFF.
