25/35FPA, RAC-25/35FXA
Is AC220~240V being generated at terminals L-N?
Are the connections for
terminals C-D correct?
Correct properly. (Be sure to turn the power
off before correcting the connection
Is the 15A fuse normal?
If the 15A Fuse has
blown, other parts may
also be defective
Replace defective parts
Is the power circuit normal? See the
description on power circuit for details
Check to see if -D cables are connected
correctly. If reversed or incompletely
inserted, correct the cable connection.
Is 5V being generated
between Pin
n⑥ (0V) and Pin
(5V) at CN18(test pin)?
Is the switching power
circuit OK? Has the 3A
fuse blown?
Replace defective parts
With the piping and lines (L,N,C,D) connected, operate the unit in
the forced cooling mode using the outdoor unit service switch.
How did the self-diagnosis
lamp (LD301) blink?
LD301 blinks 12 times Fan
lock error.
Is CN24 connected
Connect the connector
Is the propeller fan locked?
Remove any obstructions
Have the 1A fuse and R107
blown?
Replace the fan
motor and main PWB
Is +15V being generated? Check both
between CN18
③ and ⑥ on the main PWB
Is the fan operating?
(An error occurs after
the fan operate for 2
minutes)
Is voltage between and at CN24 normal?
Check to see if the voltage is within 2.5V±0.5V
using a tester. (In effect, the output voltage is
alternatively switched between 5V and 0V)
Replace the fan
motor
Is the voltage between  ④ and ⑥ at CN24 normal?
(Normally, the voltage is above approx. DC1.7V)
Replace the main
PWB
LD301 blinks 10 times.
Defective power supply voltage.
Is AC220~240V being
output at terminals A-B.
Apply AC220~240V. Check
the interior wiring.
TAB05, TAB11, reactor, and C023
(yellow green) connected properly?
