Alarm camera with versatile functions
The ABUS alarm camera is a versatile surveillance solution for the home or office. The camera can be connected
cable-free to the network via WLAN and has an integrated loudspeaker that can emit a loud tone in the event of
an alarm.
In addition, the loudspeaker and the integrated microphone enable two-way audio communication via the
camera’s web interface using a microphone connected to the computer. External sounders, e.g, a siren or light,
can be activated through the alarm output and will react in the event that something is detected.
Detailed surveillance images day and night
The surveillance camera provides highly detailed images with a resolution of up to 1280 x 720p. It supports high
quality H.264 and Motion JPEG transmission formats which also make effective use of bandwidth.
In addition, the camera has an infrared LED making it ideal for 24/7 surveillance use. As a day/night camera it
provides detailed recordings even in total darkness, and enables identification of objects up to a distance of 5
metres away. Using the ABUS IP cam app, live videos can be streamed direct to your smartphone or tablet.
Integrated micro SD card slot is used for internal data storage as a back-up solution.
Flexible mounting options
PoE (Power over Ethernet) makes it possible to power the camera using the network cable – additional power
cable therefore does not need to be laid.
Note about the product: For this camera model it is only possible to record video image data on the 4-channel
NVR TVVR36000 and with VMS Express.
