You can follow the steps to update system firmware:

 Select Function 5.2.2

②

 Download the BIOS from PC to your HDD.

Format HDD

③

 Plug in HDD into duplicator, select function 5.2.1 to update BIOS.

This function shows information of the duplicator includes model name and
firmware version.
