 The FA500 remote switch can be remotely controlled using a FA500 remote control. 
 Preparation for use 

a.  Insert the switch you wish to connect to your remote control into the power point. 
b.  The LED on the switch will fl ash for 10 seconds. During this time, you can connect the 

switch to your remote control. If you wait longer, the LED will turn off . If this happens, 
remove your switch from the power point for a few seconds to reset it. 

 Connecting your remote control to a switch 
 You can connect up to fi ve remote controls to your switch. 
a. Press one of the left ON buttons on the remote control to connect the switch to one of the 

four channels of the remote control (ABCD). The LED on the switch will now stay lit 

. 

The switch is now connected to the remote control.

 Operating a switch 
a.  Press one of the left ON buttons (ABCD) on the remote control to turn on the switch(es) 

connected to this channel. 

b.  Press the corresponding right OFF button on the remote control to turn off  the 

switch(es). The LED on the switch will not light now. 

 Connecting a device 
 Insert the plug of the device into the socket of the switch. 

 

 Cancelling a connection 
a.  Turn the switch on using the correct button on the remote control. 
b.  Remove the switch from the power point and wait a few seconds. 

 

c.   Insert the switch back into the power point, the LED on the switch will fl ash. 
d.  Next, press the OFF button of the same channel, the LED on the switch will fl ash faster. 

The switch has been disconnected from the remote control.

 Vorbereitung der Inbetriebnahme

 Einen Schalter bedienen

b.  Drücken Sie die entsprechende-OFF-Taste rechts an der Fernbedienung, um den (die) 

Schalter auszuschalten. Die LED auf dem Schalter leuchtet jetzt nicht. 

 Anschluss eines Gerätes 
 Stecken Sie den Stecker des Geräts in den Steckanschluss des Schalters. 

 

 Eine Verbindung rückgängig machen 
a.  Bedienen Sie den Schalter mit der entsprechenden Taste auf der Fernbedienung 
b.  Ziehen Sie den Schalter aus der Steckdose und warten Sie ein paar Sekunden. 

 

c.   Stecken Sie den Schalter wieder in die Steckdose, die LED auf dem Schalter muss blinken. 
d.  Dann drücken Sie die OFF-Taste des gleichen Kanals, die LED auf dem Schalter muss 

schneller blinken. Der Schalter ist nun von der Fernbedienung getrennt.

 Een schakelaar bedienen 
a.  Druk op één van de linker ON knoppen (ABCD) op de afstandbediening om de 

schakelaar(s), gekoppeld aan dit kanaal, in te schakelen. 

b.  Druk op de bijbehorende rechter OFF knop op de afstandbediening om de schakelaar(s) 

uit te schakelen. De led op de schakelaar zal nu niet branden. 

 Een apparaat aansluiten 
 Steek de stekker van het apparaat in de stekkeraansluiting van de schakelaar. 

 

 Een koppeling ongedaan maken 
a.  Schakel de schakelaar in met behulp van de juiste knop op afstandsbediening. 
b.  Trek de schakelaar uit het stopcontact en wacht een paar seconden. 

 

c.   Steek de schakelaar terug in het stopcontact, de led van de schakelaar zal knipperen. 
d.  Druk vervolgens op de OFF knop van hetzelfde kanaal, de led op de schakelaar zal sneller
