11. Commissioning and testing
After you have installed the software and connected the "C-Control Mini-Station" to the
operational voltage, you can start trying out the demo programs.
The following steps indicate the usual procedure for handling the software ("IDE") and "C-
Control Mini-Station".
First copy the contents of the CD into a new directory on your hard disk. Then start the "C-

At the first start, you will have to make some adjustments. Set the programming interface for
the "C-Control PRO" (COM-Port); can be found under the "Options" menu under "IDE". For
"Interfaces", select the COM port that was assigned to the programming adapter by Windows.
