Even though the model and the remote control system were built to the state of the art, there may still be malfunctions 

or faults. For this reason, we would like to give you some information on how to deal with possible problems.

Transmitter doesn’t respond.

•  Check the batteries in the transmitter.
•  Check the polarity of the batteries in the transmitter.
•  Check on/off switch. 

Transmitter switches off on its own at 

once or after a short period.

•  Check or replace the batteries in the transmitter.

Model does not react, the LEDs in the 

hexacopter flash slowly.

•  Check function of the remote control transmitter.
•  Perform activation of the hexacopter again.
•  Perform binding.

Propellers do not start.

•  Check flight battery charging state.
•  Use different flight battery for test purposes.

Hexacopter tips to the side when star-

ting.

•  Switch on the hexacopter again and do not move the model while doing 

so.

•  Check ease of movement of the drive motors.

Hexacopter  shows  too  little  perfor-

mance or too short flight times.

•  Check flight battery charging state.
•  Replace flight battery.

The  hexacopter  always  flies  in  one 

direction.

•  Adjust transmitter trimming.
•  Difficult flight conditions (wind or draft).

The camera does not work

•  Check if the camera connection cable‘s plug is still properly connected 

to the socket next to the rechargeable battery in the battery chute.
