Opening and closing trunk lid with no-
touch activation
The trunk lid can be opened with no-touch ac‐
tivation using the remote control you are carry‐
ing. With automatic tailgate operation, it can
also be closed with no-touch activation. Two
sensors detect a forward-directed foot motion
in the center of the area at the rear of the car
and the trunk lid opens and/or closes.
