Replace the two screws to secure the chilled water temperature sensor circuit board (2). 

 

3. 

Reconnect the sensor wires. 

4. 

Replace the four screws to secure the chilled water temperature sensor cover (2). 

 

5. 

Replace the chilled water temperature sensor cover (1).
