Response
TA transmits SMS (either SMS-DELIVER or SMS-SUBMIT) from TE to
memory storage <mem2>. Memory location <index> of the stored message
is returned. Message status will be set to ‘stored unsent’ unless otherwise
given in parameter <stat>.
