■ Capturing/saving the currently displayed screen
You can load an image file or paste the currently displayed screen.
Display the image that you want to capture.
Capturing the entire screen
1.  Touch the 
 
“Insert Image” button.
2.  Touch the 
 
“Screen Capture” button.
3.  Select the screen to the captured from “Desktop”, “Whiteboard”, or “Overlay mode”.
4.  Touch the “Whole Screen Capture” button. 
The software display disappears temporarily.
5.  Check the preview. To capture the image, touch “Paste to this sheet”. 
The captured image is pasted on the current working sheet.
 To save the image, touch “Save to a file”. 
Select the file format in the drop-down list, specify the save location, and touch “Save”.
Caution
•  When the current whiteboard or overlay is captured, the toolbar also appears in the captured image.
Capturing/saving a specified area
1.  Touch the

3.  Select the screen to the captured from “Desktop”, “Whiteboard”, or “Overlay mode”.
4.  Touch the “Capture selection” button. 
The software display disappears temporarily.
5.  Drag the area which you want to capture.
6.  Check the preview. To capture the image, touch “Paste to this sheet”. 
The captured image is pasted on the current working sheet.
 To save the image, touch “Save to a file”. 
Select the file format in the drop-down list, specify the save location, and touch “Save”.
